INGREDIENTS
- 1 can Prego Spicy Seafood Arrabbiata Pasta Sauce
- 280 g Shrimp deveined and diced
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Lime Zest
- 2 tbsp Cooking oil
- 30 g Yellow Onion finely diced
- 1 no Green Chili deseeded and finely diced
- 100 g Pineapple finely diced
- 50 g Black Beans Cooked
- 50 g Corn kernels Cooked
- 1 tsp Lime Juice
- 170 g Tortilla Chips
INSTRUCTIONS
- Marinate shrimp with 1 tbsp Prego Spicy Seafood Arrabbiata Pasta Sauce, paprika, salt and lime zest for 10 minutes.
- Heat up oil and sauté onion and green chilli till fragrant. Toss in the marinated shrimp and stir fry till slightly charred. Then, add in pineapple, black beans, corn kernels and Prego Spicy Seafood Arrabbiata Pasta Sauce.
- Turn down the heat and let it simmer for 3 minutes. Turn off the heat and pour in the lime juice. Serve as a dip with tortilla chips
