Free To Adjust Taste

The amount of these ingredients can be adjusted freely, after all, everyone has different tastes. Maybe you can eat very spicy food or the chili you bought is not that spicy, then you need to increase the amount of chili. Also, Thais usually use their fermented fish sauce, but Belacan is relatively easy to buy in Malaysia, so I used Belacan instead of fermented fish sauce. These two ingredients have one thing in common, that is, they are stinky and fragrant (haha), and they mainly make the dipping sauce tangier!
