The hustle and bustle of Chinese New Year is upon us again, and the air is filled with the festive spirit. This year, I’m switching to a more relaxed approach to preparing New Year’s dishes. Thus, I’ve unlocked a new menu perfect for the holiday: 【Golden Egg Dumplings】

Previously, the most tiring part of making egg dumplings was preparing the filling—chopping meat, seasoning, tasting for saltiness. This year, I’ve brought in two super-powerful helpers:
⭐ Yeo’s Curry Chicken
A rich and layered flavor, slightly spicy and incredibly delicious, instantly giving the egg dumplings a “grand dish” feel.
⭐ Yeo’s Baked Beans
Sweet and sour, appetizing, mild and refreshing, easy for both adults and children to enjoy.
Making two flavors in one plate of egg dumplings makes the meal anything but monotonous. Placing both flavors together on a plate, each bite is like opening a blind box, full of surprises, maximizing the festive atmosphere of the New Year’s dinner table!
After wrapping, each dumpling arranged on the plate looks like a little gold ingot! At that moment, I felt certain that this year would bring me some wealth!
Tips for saving this item: After wrapping, you can freeze it directly. When you want to eat it, simply steam it to reheat it – completely freeing up your hands!
